How to make a return.
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery by filling out the form.

Make sure the items are in the same condition in which you received them with the identification tag and seal still attached.

All returned merchandise must not have been used, must be clean and undamaged. Please note that we can claim compensation for the loss in value of garments if they have been worn, washed or damaged.

You are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We would be grateful if you could also indicate the reason for the return (wrong size, item that does not correspond to your wishes, etc ...). This will allow us to improve our service. Please carefully pack the products to avoid damage during transport. In theory, you can use the original packaging.

You can also return items that are defective or wrong.
